For my first process, I started off with the background.

For the actual sky, I used a photo that I took back home In Ontario of the sunset and manipulated it using the hue, saturation and brightness tool on Procreate. I did the same thing with the ground as it was originally green. Other than the sky, everything else was found as a transparent PNG online.

  Video Art - Project #3 Part - 1 / Short Video Sketches Starting Project #3, I approached the first part of the assignment, short video sketches, by setting up a still life using a black sheet as my backdrop, an orchid, boxes, a rope, decorative pumpkins and a wood carving consisting of two mushrooms. With my set up, I began to carefully plan out the continuous camera shots I needed to take and I even played around with my Canon EOS Rebel SL1's settings, particularly the saturation since it was needed for one of my shots; I increased my saturation to the highest possible (+).
